My name is Juan Santana .
My studio was founded fifteen years ago, to design and create wearable jewelry for customer like you, using the finest craftmanship embeded in precious metals and fired up with talent and imagination , applying the best array of form, shapes and colors.
As with the same dedication to detail of hand made jewelry, thecnology has provided me an extra tool to allow a deeper approach to create concepts , designs and manufacture fine jewelry.
Welcome to my shop.. the following pages are an invitation to share with you what I do, and why I do it . I want you to be an interactive part of the process , where ultimately ...the designer is you!.
CAD
...or Computer Aided Design, thru software as Matrix, that is what I use I can translate your notes in words, your napkin sketches or prints that you may have into 3D objects that reflect your own ideas , plans or designs into beautiful jewelry ready to mill.
CAM
Computer Aided Milling , is what put every thing we had dreamed, draw and designed into a 3d solid object. We use GemVision's Revo B model , always obtaining crisp detailed models for all of our designs.
From here , then we go to the CASTING process....
CASTING
Here we gather the Idea+ Wax model to be translated into metal. Gold, silver, platinum or bronze, even steel can be used to bring a design to a reality, by centrifugal lost wax method or by induction casting .

Day in and day out... just an adventure within the sorroundings of our studio we at SantanaGoldworks , work and think, creating and hand weaving the idea, that becomes a design and thus a solid touchable work of art...no matter how simple it may look or how complex it will become , still ,it is there and it is art..

We have no prices set for my custom work, even what we have on display in our store, what ever you see , is subject to be changed by you. What do you have in mind? , what kind of jewelry piece you want to wear ? and how do you want it to look?. We are not a mass merchandiser, We are jewelry designers - translating your ideas- We are the goldsmiths - creating your jewelry dream in one of a kind jewel for you to enjoy.
